| Both belt type design and perforated drum type can be provided. The equipment is suitable for blanching and cooling of non sticky vegetables. Steam is purged to prepare hot water in which the vegetables are poured. Steam is controlled through a steam control valve as per the set temperature. The belt and the drum are provided with variable speed drive to control holding time of the raw vegetables. In the cooler cooling tower water or chilled water is circulated to cool the blanched vegetables.
